Why no fairdrop?

We're glad you asked. The original intent of the SNOOP•DOGECOIN project was to execute a fairdrop and unofficially partner with several ordinal projects to dispense the token out to help the entire Runes ecosystem gain traction. Frankly, we couldn't afford the gas fees to dispense all the tokens to thousands of wallets by ourselves and when we reached out to several ordinal projects for help on how to go about getting the community behind this, we didn't receive any responses (we get it--people are busy and time is money). So here we are. We followed advice from the bitcoin community and took a reasonable premine of 5%. We're here for the longhaul and want to see $SNOOP go to the MOON!🚀
